If the event is cancelled up to 10 days before the event date, we keep the 50% deposit, but you do not have to pay the remaining balance. The date of the event can be changed, however we ask that this is arranged at least 10 days before the original event date and we will work with you to find an alternative date.
If we, as a company, cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund you 100% and work with you to find an alternative date.
