FAQs2023-04-13T09:29:40+01:00
What are the payment terms?2023-04-06T12:43:53+01:00

We ask for a 50% booking fee to confirm the event and date, which is non-refundable. The balance should be paid 10 days before the day of the event.

What do I need to supply?2023-02-14T14:48:13+00:00

You only need to supply the space for the event to happen and some enthusiastic participants!

How do the charity events work?2023-04-06T12:45:17+01:00

Before the event we liaise with the Trussle Trust to see what are the food and household items they require. The same applies to Shelter and other homeless charities.

Do I need to go shopping and pay for the food used in the event?2023-04-06T12:46:27+01:00

We use part of our event fee to purchase the food and essential household products used in an event and we bring these items to the event location. When the event has finished, we then take these items to the Bromley Food Bank or the nearest Trussle Trust food bank to the event location.

Can I choose a charity?2023-02-14T14:48:47+00:00

Yes we are happy for you to donate the food and essential household products to your preferred charity.

I want to book an event that isn’t a charity donation event, but I still want to donate to a charity?2023-04-12T09:58:22+01:00

That’s great! A fun way to do this is to award the winning team a giant cheque made out to the chosen charity. Just let us know how much your company want to donate and the charity name and we will get the giant cheque printed for you.

Is there a minimum and maximum of participants I can have?2023-04-06T12:48:56+01:00

Each of our events are scalable. For certain events we would advise not to have more than 100 participants as bigger numbers can sometimes diminish the positive teambuilding outcomes. If you have a larger group than 100 participants give us a call to discuss in detail so we can best advise you.

What if the number of participants decreases or increases?2023-02-14T14:49:21+00:00

If the number of participants is less it isn’t a problem as we will be more than prepared to carry out a successful event regardless. However, if the numbers increase then we will need to charge an additional fee per head (as listed on each event page)

What if it rains?2023-04-06T13:07:32+01:00

Ah, the good old British weather can be unpredictable, but we have found participants still engage in the event and have fun as long as they bring along appropriate warm/waterproof clothing. If the weather is adverse e.g. storm, snow – we will liaise with the client beforehand regarding risk assessment and safety.

Are you insured?2023-04-06T13:08:21+01:00

Yes, we have public liability Insurance up to 5 million pounds.

What if I want to cancel/change the date of the event?2023-04-12T10:00:50+01:00

If the event is cancelled up to 10 days before the event date, we keep the 50% deposit, but you do not have to pay the remaining balance. The date of the event can be changed, however we ask that this is arranged at least 10 days before the original event date and we will work with you to find an alternative date.
If we, as a company, cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund you 100% and work with you to find an alternative date.

Will I be charged for transportation costs?2023-04-06T12:53:07+01:00

The first 100 miles from our event base in Chelmsford Essex to the event location is included in the event fee. Further mileage will then be charged at 45p per mile.
