Case Study

Cherie is currently working with staff members at a large school in South East London.

Each staff member receives a monthly 45 minute 1 to1 session that covers gentle pilates exercise, mindfulness meditation, building resilience, self-development, goal setting & the importance of self-care and a healthy work-life balance.

The day ends with a fun group exercise for all the staff that covers a variety of exercise that includes Pilates, Hiit, Body Conditioning, Body Combat, Stretch, Aerobics and Dance Fit.

Cherie started her career as a professional dancer and travelled the world appearing in variety shows & musicals.

For the past 20 years Cherie has taught Fitness & Weight Management and in recent years she has been enabling professionals to de-stress & improve performance through fitness, mindfulness & meditation.

Her goal is to empower others to reach their full potential; to be the best version of themselves they can be, to live their best life & to learn the importance of Self Care – so that they’re able to offer the best of themselves to work colleagues, friends & family.
